Green Day Preview “The Saviors Tour” with Intimate Echoplex Show

Green Day kicked off their highly anticipated “Saviors Tour” with an intimate club show at the Echoplex in Los Angeles. The band treated fans to a full performance of two of their iconic albums, “Dookie” and “American Idiot,” along with tracks from their latest album, “Saviors.” The 35-song set also featured surprise encores of “Minority” and “Fancy Sauce,” much to the delight of the audience.

The tour officially launches in Europe in late May before heading to North America on July 29th in Washington, DC. Joining Green Day on the road are special guests The Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid, and The Linda Lindas. The tour marks the 30th anniversary of “Dookie” and the 20th anniversary of “American Idiot,” with the band performing both albums in full at each tour date.
