I finally decided to just like Google the oldest Bachelor, and obviously now they're doing The Golden Bachelor (?) and I think that's supposed to be about being old but idk. But at the time of this the oldest Bachelor was a year older than Claire, his name was Byron Velvick, and he was in SEASON SIX. This was in 2004!!!! And they barely focus on his age! Dude I'm convinced the age thing is just another double standard for women.
